The Barnett Group Achieves A+ Rating from the Better Business Bureau of the Mid-South

The Barnett Group is pleased to announce it has achieved an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of the Mid-South for the fourth year in a row. The BBB of the Mid-South is an organization which focuses on advancing marketplace trust for customers and business owners by setting standards for marketplace trust, encouraging and supporting best practices, celebrating role models and denouncing substandard marketplace behavior.

The Barnett Group joined the BBB of the Mid-South in 2006, and has maintained an A+ rating since that time. The designation is based on standards that are a comprehensive set of best practices for how businesses should treat the public in a fair and honest manner, including building trust, honest advertisement, truthfulness, transparency, the honoring of promises (written and verbal), responsiveness to clients, safeguarding of privacy and showing an embodiment of integrity.
